Gadi which is a family-owned property built in 1936 covered in a space of 6 acres of land, accommodating about 100 living spaces.
Kariappa House, Pondicherry
Kariappa house has 2 existing buildings which are 60 and 80 years old, Viva Constructions has restored the building using traditional methodologies using slaked lime putty and natural ingredients like Gaggrey, Kadaka fruit, egg whites etc.. and an entire new block has been constructed using traditional methodologies and with Madras Terrace roof.
